I remember the powerful stage presence Ingrid had. The first time I heard her speak on stage, I thought it might not have been the easiest thing for her to do with her lisp, but then I HEARD her speak. I witnessed how she commanded the audience, the teachers, the parents, and the students. Her energy, personality, wisdom, and school pride just radiated out of her. We were all engaged. She was a true leader. My family joined Steward's Lower School in the fall of 2018, and so I had many chances to hear her on the stage. The video I'm including, was one I was focusing on my son speaking at in the Winter Program, just a few short months before Ingrid's passing. My apologies, the video ends abruptly because I had no clue that this would be the last program I would witness her wisdom, her appreciation, her pride, and hear her incredible voice in. What a profound loss to our stage, and our school. We will miss you dearly, Ingrid!
